Mr. Ashwin Mondkar is the Non-executive Director of Hy-tech Engineers Limited. He has a working experience at a Fortune 500 bank and currently runs Hy-Tech's sales and distribution business for North American region.

He is Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified, Green Belt and LEAN trained. He has vast experience in managing development teams, vendor selection, system implementation and support, marketing campaign execution, credit risk and valuation model implementation, software solution delivery and third-party management.

For the last 12 years, he is working as the President of Hy- Tech USA Inc.
